Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LoadX Logistics services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

LoadX Logistics provides hot shot trucking services including but not limited to:

• Hot shot trucking and expedited delivery
• Flatbed freight transportation
• Power-only services
• Regional and nationwide shipping

3. Booking and Quotes

All quotes are estimates and subject to change based on actual shipment details. Final pricing will be confirmed before service is rendered. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipment information
• Proper packaging and securing of freight
• Ensuring freight does not exceed weight or size limitations
• Being available at pickup and delivery locations
• Payment according to agreed terms

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, checks, and wire transfers. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

6. Liability and Insurance

LoadX Logistics maintains appropriate insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to the terms of our insurance policy. Customers are encouraged to obtain additional insurance for high-value shipments.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Late cancellations may be subject to fees. We reserve the right to cancel services due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal substances, or items that violate federal or state regulations without proper permits and authorization.

9. Force Majeure

LoadX Logistics is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Texas law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
